Therapy Options Available

1. Face-to-Face Therapy

We offer in-person therapy in a comfortable, private setting, allowing you to engage in therapy in a way that feels most supportive to you. Face-to-face sessions are ideal for those who prefer direct, in-person interaction to explore their emotions and experiences in a safe and contained space.

In addition to sessions in a therapy room, we also offer:
✅ Home Visits – For individuals who may find it difficult to travel or prefer therapy in the familiarity of their own space.
✅ Educational Provision Visits – Providing therapeutic support within schools, colleges, and other educational settings, ensuring children and young people receive mental health support within an environment familiar to them.

2. Online Therapy (Video Sessions)

For those who prefer the convenience and accessibility of therapy from their own home, we offer secure, online video therapy sessions.

  • Available to clients anywhere in the UK.
  • Suitable for those with busy schedules, mobility issues, or those who feel more comfortable accessing therapy remotely.
  • Conducted via a secure, encrypted platform to maintain confidentiality and safety.

3. Telephone Therapy

For clients who prefer to engage in therapy without video, telephone sessions provide a discreet, flexible, and highly effective alternative.

  • Allows for greater anonymity and accessibility.
  • Ideal for individuals who feel more comfortable talking without the presence of a screen or in-person interaction.
  • Can be scheduled at a time that suits you, making therapy more adaptable to your needs.

Client Testimonials

School Based Client

Talking to my therapist really helped me understand my feelings and feel less alone. I used to get really anxious and didn’t know how to cope, but now I have ways to manage my worries. The sessions were really easy to talk in, and I liked that I could use drawing and creative things to help explain how I felt. I feel much more confident and happier now.

T - Aged 14

Home Based Client

Having therapy at home made such a difference for me. I felt more comfortable in my own space, which made it easier to open up about things I was struggling with. My therapist was so understanding and supportive, helping me to work through my anxiety in a way that felt safe and manageable. I never felt judged, just heard and supported. I’m so grateful for the progress I’ve made.

Y - Aged 67

Online Client

I was unsure about online therapy at first, but it turned out to be exactly what I needed. Being able to have sessions from home made it so much easier to fit into my schedule, and I still felt just as supported as I would in person. My therapist really listened and helped me develop strategies to manage my anxiety and low mood. I now feel much more in control and confident in myself. I’d highly recommend online sessions to anyone who needs flexible, accessible support.
